4TH ANNUAL BRAD FOX 5K RUN / 1K WALK
This year's event will continue to honor the legacy of Officer Brad Fox, a Warminster native who served our country proudly in the United States Marine Corps before becoming a member of the Plymouth Township Police Department. When Officer Fox was killed in the line of duty in September 2012, his wife Lynsay was pregnant with their second child. Brad Jr was born March of 2013.
All proceeds from this year's run will be donated to the following:
The Brad Fox Scholarship Fund: Each year, one graduating senior from Brad's alumni, William Tennent High School, studying law enforcement is awarded the Brad Fox Scholarship.
The Bucks County Down Syndrome Interest Group: The Bucks County Down Syndrome Interest Group is a community organization dedicated to providing resources and support to families, therapists, physicians, educators and others affected by Down syndrome in Bucks County, PA. Click here to learn more.
Breast Cancer Warrior, Shannon, McMahon, wife of a Bensalem Police Officer and mother of two children.
The Duskin & Stephens Foundation: Started by Warminster native and Green Beret Danny Pritchard, this foundation supports the families of fallen members of Special Operations Forces and the educational needs of children of active duty Special Operations Soldiers, Sailors, Airmen and Marines through community outreach events, scholarships, interactive educational/recreational programs, and related activities.
